Follow instructions from the ptfa volunteers so we can check you child in. When you come to collect please wait outside and you will be invited in to pick up your child. If someone else is pick up you need to tell us at drop off. Key stage 1 which is Foundation, Years 1 and 2 will get a drink, a snack and a packet of sweets. Key Stage 2 Years 3 to 6 will have a tuck shop to buy drinks and snacks. Our drinks and snacks are about 50p If the are any dietary needs please tell us by email ptfa@stbotolphs.co.uk or leave a message with the school reception. To celebrate Christmas, Friday 1st December, you can come to school wearing Red, Green & Gold (as well as your school uniform) We will not be asking for a financial donation, but instead would appreciate either a raffle or tombola prize. We are looking for wine, spirits, vouchers if you have business, chocolates, toys, pamper items and games.On Friday 8th December we will be holding the Christmas Fayre after school. There will be Games, Stalls and food, mulled wine, cakes as well as a chance to visit Santa. The school choir will be singing, come take your instant selfie in Santas grotto. |
Celebrate with family, friends, food, games, raffle with cash prizes and Santa! In the run up to the Christmas Fayre please make note of these dates: 29th November – Plates for the Christmas cake decoration competition. We are looking for Christmas decorated cakes with the children’s handy work. It could be some fairy cakes with snowmen on or ginger bread Christmas heroes. The choice is yours. There will be winner from every class and a winner for Key stage 1 (including foundation) and key stage 2. Prize for Key stage 1 and 2 winners is a £10 voucher. Winners announced at the Fayre1st December – Red, Gold and Green Day – please bring in raffle or tombola prize.
